So I went to the Palmers with my husband on 11/08/2020, to look for a car. As we walked in, Sean one of the sales reps sitting on the right side, looked up and gave us a warm welcome with a smile. We felt very comfortable and reassured by his approach that everything was going to be fine. My husband had millions of questions to asked but Sean was calm to address all our concerns. To cut a long story short, Sean was very professional and friendly, and we had a fantastic purchase experience and great after sales support which is ongoing. I will highly recommend Sean and Palmers Mitsubishi in Hemel Hempstead.
