Palmer Snell Estate and Letting Agents Boscombe

I saw this flat on the Sunday, spoke to Lee and viewed it on the Monday, by the Wednesday of that week my referencing was complete and by the Friday all my bills were set up and I was in the flat the following weekend, that's less than 2 weeks since seeing it online. Lee was with me every step of the way, he was there the morning I moved in bright and early to get the final sign off which was a Saturday, and called me the following Tuesday to make sure I was happy with everything and remind me that if I need anything at all I can contact Palmer Snell any time. So far I have no reason to believe that if there was a problem, it wouldn't be fixed quickly and painlessly. Lee was nothing but honest, open and welcoming. I haven't rented for a few years now because I was quite put off by the last couple of experiences so I did wonder if I would regret going back to renting but this has probably been the smoothest move I've ever completed. Thank you Lee and Palmer Snell, the flat is beautiful!

I have recently moved into my first flat through Palmer Snell and the service has been excellent. The whole process was so simple and Lee Gilmore was so helpful. He took the time to explain every step of the process as I didn’t really know what I was doing! He was very patient and understanding, making the whole process so easy. Everything was done very quickly, and professionally and I was kept updated throughout. Would definitely recommend.

I have been with Palmer Snell for approx 17 years now and have always been happy with the service provided. Both Lee and Emily have been fantastic on the recent change of tenant. I am confident they have found yet another happy long term tenant as the previous ones. A good review is honest and balanced, so I need to mention this otherwise why believe the good \u200d️ Over these 17ish years there has been one sad tenant who ended up causing a problem and damage. Lee and the team helped sort things out in a timely manner. I had to bite the bullet on a complete refurb, but it was about due anyway. Excellent statistics in my book! It’s always a pleasure to chat with the guys, they make themselves available. Very knowledgeable, fingers on the property pulse, which is important to me as I live away from the area. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend Emily, Lee and Palmer Snell to rent and manage your property.
