The first time here I was unsure of where to go, but following the signs is a good idea. The staff was very helpful in directing me and was simple to dump my trash. Excellent experience here.

I have a company and have several jobs out in the Antelope Valley. Today we had Bad service my employee was turned away with a full load of trash because he was using a company credit card and he was told the owner of the company needed to be there. Which my employee then had to drive back to Riverside County to dump at Waste Management where he had no problem using the same card.

They fail to pick up garbage regularly. Very rude and unhelpful. No ethics, no customer service, and lazy in the extreme. Management is lowest quality in the business. They have a monopoly and din't even come to pick up the garbage every three or four weeks. Don't return phone calls.

The staff is always super kind and professional. It was perfectly structured as far as getting us in, weighed and into our specific landfill area. The direction and signage is easy to follow. We arrived at 1:26 pm (in a Monday) and had a line of 5 cars ahead of us. It went pretty quickly. As we left the line was now about 11 cars, so time was on our side!
