The meal was absolutely fabulous and Ross was amazing! We were celebrating my best friend’s bachelorette party and we were so happy! We were able to book last minute as Ross made himself available very quickly and was super accomodating! We can tell how passionate he is about his work, it shows in the meals he serves and the way he talks about cooking I recommend 100%, best chef in Mallorca for sure!!! We will book again next time we are in Mallorca, we hope to try the cooking class!

I experienced Ross at a private dinner. We enjoyed a delicious 4 course menu which was presented with a lot of love and passion. The ingredients of the meals were chosen and combined with a lot of thought. Every guest was delighted. Besides the amazing food and service Ross enriched us with his broad knowledge. He was very passioned about explaining the preparation methods, history of the dishes or how he came up with the combinations. Thanks to that we were able to appreciate the food even more. Thus the dinner was not only a culinary but also a learning experience. Many thanks!! :)

I was invited to a dinner at a friend's place cooked by Ross. For me it was the first time to experience a private chef and he surpassed all my expectations in terms of taste. But what really amazed me is that he guided us through the evening, telling us stories and explaining us about \super-foods\.

Had the pleasure of dining on Chef Ross’ cuisine for 2 weeks on my last visit to Mallorca. I’d have to say it was one of the highlights of a fantastic trip. All of his dishes were five star. Two nights were prepared and served by Chef Andy and a few nights were supported by Chef Natalie. And they were fantastic as well. The standout food: sourdough bread and the corresponding butters, every dessert (especially the cheesecake), the slow cooked egg over this amazing celeriac pudding (?), and a salt crusted celeriac. I’m a vegetarian and they had no problem serving me compelling and delicious meals that fit in with my carnivore peers. Also they were all such delightful and positive people. Good company and conversation with a serious dedication to food.
