Booked a transfer for 176 in June,unfortunately the holiday was cancelled. I have tried to contact balearic transfers on several occasions via email and phone,they have not had the decency to reply and I noticed on the website they now claim to give credit notes instead of refund. They have not provided the service I paid for, and it also stated free cancellation at the time of booking.I have now put a dispute in with my bank regarding refund,should have booked with credit card!!!Do not use this company,in my eyes they have robbed me of my money as I am not travelling to Majorca in the near future.

Like other reviewers I have found balaeric transfers non respondent to requests for a refund in light of COVID. Several emails and calls unanswered so clearly in breach of terms and conditions. Its a shame because this will affect their client base longer term. I would strongly advise to avoid.
Used for our family holiday to Mallorca. Child seat brought as requested, massive cars suitable for us. Air conditioning on chilling the journey. Both inbound and outbound were prompt and with polite drivers. Great value too Was concerned booking online incase they didn't turn up etc but needn't have been. Fantastic service. Would highly recommend 5 stars!
Great value comparing to other transfers in mallorca and good service.
We used Balearic transfer to do a transfer from airport to the hotel and back for 4 grown-ups and 4 infants. It worked perfect. The driver were in-time, the cars/buses were big enough and also the requested seats for the kids were in-place. We chose the option to pay to the driver directly. To my own surprise we only have to pay at the end of each way and only the part of the way. I can recommend Balearic Transfer.
