Fresh food sourced locally that day. Each day brings a new tasting menu, even so the waiters have a comprehensive knowledge of the dishes. Excellent quality and perfect on the beach location. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend you have seven course dinner here for special day. Food and atmosphere was exceptional.

One of the absolute worst experiences I have ever had in a restaurant. I booked a table through a popular restaurant booking app at 10pm, as late as I could because we have small baby and wanted to leave him sleeping for the person looking after him. Of course we had some issue causing us to leave a bit late, but at 22.10h I called the restaurant advising we just got into the cab and would be arriving shortly (10 min drive). They confirmed that there was no problem with that and our booking would be upheld. At 22.20h just as we pulled up at the hotel I received a call. Someone from the restaurant telling me that we can't have dinner anymore because the kitchen is now closed as it closes at, wait for it, 10pm! We decided to go in and try to talk to the manager to see what they can do for us, it is not often we get a ight off\. We talked to the maître, Victor, and he tells us it will be impossible to have the tasting menu. They can however offer us an \a la carte\ option with tapas by the same chef. We ask to see the menu and they take us to the pool snack restaurant of the hotel. We start to become angry for taking us for fools. The maître (víctor) goes outside to look for a menu and... disappears. I don't think I have ever been treated so badly. Luckily the waiters of the pool restaurant were a lot better and made us have a more or less acceptable ending to the evening. I would however have expected someone from Arrels to come over to apologise or make some small gesture, but nothing of the sorts happened. DO NOT go to this restaurant if you like being treated well when dining in what is supposedly an upscale place.
