Went for a late lunch with my mom. My mom ordered first and I said I wanted the same exact entree , but different salad dressing. Waiter came out with my mom's meal and said there was a mix up with mine and it would be out shortly. About 2 minutes later our waiter brought mine out. Unfortunately my steak was raw. ( I ordered medium rare , and I'll even eat rare ) Our waiter sincerely apologized and took it to the kitchen. When he came back out with it I asked him to wait while I checked it. It was still raw. So I said please just make me a new steak and I'll take it home with me. So I ate half my potato ( which actually filled me up ) A little bit goes by and the waiter and manager come to our table with a complete new meal for me AND comped it. Both apologizing ! Besides the issue with my steak , our overall service was great. Our waiter Aaron was very personable and attentive. We were also very pleased with the way they handled the issue.

Food was good. Service was awful. Server visited once and had to flag her down to leave after 30 mins of being done with food. Don't think I'll return.
My family and I visited to celebrate my parents anniversary. We walked in with a party of nine. The host kept his cool and prepared a table for us right away. Our server was I believe Diane. She had a few tables plus us. She was amazing. The food was delicious. We were extremely happy.
Curbside is convenient, usually busy. Our order is right every other time. They usually leave something off or don’t read the notes. Otherwise- the food is usually hot, and tastes good. Average chain restaurant experience. The staff is always pleasant though!
We had a wonderful time as a family just hanging and eating good food. We even met the owner after he returned my steak that was cooked wrong. Even with that it was great. My hesitation with adding that extra star is that each time we've gone the floor always felt slippery in a weird way.
