I called the store to receive a quote on a couple of hats I needed monogrammed. The women on the phone acted as if it wasn't normal for a customer to call beforehand to receive a quote. She continued to be rude and vague over the phone as I asked her a few other questions regarding turnaround time. Typical Palm Beach customer service LOL I'll be going elsewhere.
Needed some things monogrammed for a wedding and asked for a quote but a got a nasty old lady on the phone. Typical palm beacher. Don't bother with them.
Staff is rude. Prices are insanely high. You could do better and those that know do.
