Pallet2Ship advertise that they offer UK-EU pallet transportation services and import/export clearance. They also advertise that they accept commercial invoices provided by the shipper. After placing an order, I was told that my commercial invoice was not acceptable because the Sender Address was not in the UK. This is despite it having been prepared, vetted and approved by a German customs broker. At this point, I requested a refund as they could not deliver the services advertised and paid for. They refuse to refund the costs paid in full and want to subtract a 60 cancellation fee. This lack of customs knowledge demonstrates that they should not be relied upon for UK-EU pallet transportation.

Used twice, first time there was an internal error where it took 3 weeks to collect. Second AND FINAL time, they cannot fulfil the delivery yet will not cancel the order and expect me to cancel it resulting in a 60 surcharge to cancel. They are not providing the service and have made no contact or attempt to collect, it's past the contracted date and still they want me to cancel and loose the 60. Currently fighting them by email as they dont answer phones. Possibly the worst company I've had to deal with!
Terrible just didn't bother to turn up, failed to call me back complete waste of space.
Amazing service. My pallet arrived on time and i had no issues. Definitely will use them again.
Used these guys to transport my grandfathers furniture to his new home abroad. They explained everything I needed to do to package the items on pallets and gave me a very good price. I was able to take advantage of their 5% discount offer. The service I used allowed me to track the pallets and remain up to date with the delivery. A saviour at my time of need.
