One of the best place you can enjoy Naeng-myeon (meaning 'cold noodle') of Jinju style. Jinju Naeng-myeon is unique because of its seafood stock and topping garnish with chopped Yookjeon (meaning 'meat pankake'), while other Naeng-myeons are mostly based on beef stock.
