Beautiful property for those who love nature! Lots of fruit trees, flowers, and cabanas between the hotel and pool area. The owner is extremely hospitable and made our whole group breakfast every day we stayed. Rooms are big and comfortably fit 6 people. If you are looking to go to the Underground River, it's a little over an hour away but was fine for a day trip. We had a wonderful experience and will be staying here again on our next trip!

The accommodation was superb. If it is based on the cost and service, a good quality it is. A place for enjoyment and quality time for family and friends.

Really good place for the budget. The owner was very accomodating. we booked a night before and had a good deal. Even got one of our rooms upgraded. It's not a new place though, and it shows. Overall, it's cozy.

We had a three-day stay in Michelle Pension. The atmosphere is refreshing. The place has a lot of flowers and it made me feel close to nature. The room we stayed is wide which made us comfortable. The breakfast meals are delicious. The staffs and owners are friendly. We had an access to the swimming pool. However, there are some things that contradicts the positive comments above: 1. The bedroom light is unclear. 2. There were no comforter. Just a plain and thin sheet to keep us warm. 3. We asked the staffs to clean the room before going out yet we arrived and they didn't clean it. 4. There is no food service so we need to order for a delivery or go out to look for a cheap fast food. 5. There are cats once in a while especially when we are going to eat our meals. Recommendations: 1. Improve the service. 2. Have a regular room cleaning. 3. Have a food service. 4. Improve WiFi connection. 5. Check the conditions of the room. Overall, the stay is good but it could have been better. 3/5 stars for this.
