Had an awesome trip with Buhay Isla from Coron to El Nido. We where on a boat with four guests in total, due to the low season. Words can not describe how impressive this trip was. Would recommend it to anyone!

We had an amazing trip with Buhay Isla. All crew members did a really good job. The tour is worth going and offered more than I expected. Food was amazing with so many small details; they put love into it. The only thing I would change: I wish the crew had eaten with us as part of the experience.
I made the 4D3N tour and it was amazing. The places we visited were amazing, the food was always more than enough and delicious as well. The tour guides help you with every of your issues. The tour was just a great experience!
Def an adventure, with some side notes though. The boat, the staff and the food is amazing. It’s definitely an experience. But I do feel like it’s not one of a kind, it’s a tour that they do so many times it became a standard tour. You follow pretty much a route with the same islands as any other tour before you. Also, the islands are not uninhabited which you would expect since it is written everywhere. We really had bad weather, for 3 days, like bad bad weather. Rain, storms, etc. I expected the tour the adjust some routes or anything to maybe figure out a way to find some sun (or at least not rain) but since it’s sort of standard that didn’t happen. We drove right into the dark clouds. Basic camp is not super basic, you’ll have your hut. There is a toilet and shower which are basic yes. Really nice though! (Not uninhabited though) Food on the boat is good, but I told them several times I was a vegetarian and was stuck with white rice and vegetables while there were many plates with fish/ pork/ chicken. Maybe a thought to make something for vegetarians, would be awesome. Staff is nice, they do their best for you. There social, respectful and fun. Overall a good experience, it’s def worth doing but it did have some side notes.
Just returned from a 3D/2N trip from Coron to El Nido. The overall experience was good but there are some things that have changed over the years, based on older reviews/videos I have come across, which I believe you should know. The boat is generally packed, we are talking about 15-20 people on your expedition, which probably makes the experience a bit less unique since you really feel you are on a standard tour. In addition, many more companies are offering the same tour package so expect to meet other expeditions in the spots you visit. You no longer sleep in tents. Now they have 2 main base camps with huts. In fact, it seemed to me more like a small resort since there are people living permanently there and taking care of the place. There is also electricity, shower, kitchen... So if you are looking for that "wild experience" this won't be the case. Probably what disappointed me the most was the itinerary and stops in this trip. Some of the places we visited did not have any special interest or were easily accessible by road. For example, we stopped in a fishermen town just to buy beer and cigarettes and also in Nacpan Beach, which is 30min bike ride from El Nido and full of tourists. Overall it felt like this tour is becoming just another standard tourist package. Going to point A, B, C and stopping 40min in each of them. No real effort had been put in the itinerary.
It has been the best experience in Philippines. Boat, camping sites, landscape and snorkelling spots are amazing. The best of the experience though; the crew and food!!!
Incredible 3 night/4 day tour. The food is fresh and delicious, the accommodation is clean and comfortable, the boat and crew are epic and it is an amazing way to explore the islands between Coron and El Nido away from the tourist crowds.
Isla Coron is where you want to be at now! The views over the top is beautiful.
