Location Is great and while the equipment looks pretty good the organisation is terrible. Contacted the owner 3 days ahead for a kite lesson, reconfirmed the morning before arrival and once there no one knew anything. The people at the reception desk had no visibility to lessons time table and clearly under water in terms of capacity. As stated already by others clearly just interested in the money and having as many people as possible without caring whether they can actually service them. It's a pity...

Pro: The location is very scenic and next to a bar. Con: Our windsurf lesson was delayed an hour. We were originally told the lesson would be to hours if 4 people were part of the group but it only last 1.25 hours and less than 1 hour was on the water. The instructor didn’t have us practice the positions on the shore but wanted to get to the water immediately. This is fine if you provide more advice on the water but the instruction didn’t flow well or build upon itself. It was mostly him telling you it to do something or to do something in short phrases. I ended up windsurfing a bit at the end and was able to instruct my partner how to do so. Overall we wouldn’t go back.
Unfriendly teachers. Owner is only interested in business and making money. Not helpful during kite lessons. Lazy and not communicative. Most of the crew arrived with a hangover. Worst kitesurf experience so far. If you can choose where to go on sardegna, opt for punta trettu in the south. staff and spot are way better.
Friendly staff speaking various languages. Beautiful place! Broad offer on activites: kitesurfing, windsurfing, equipment storage, SUP, kayak, sunbeds, yoga, bar... Been here many times, will always come back!
Too business oriented, not fair enough. The people, who work there, are the best thing of the center. They are very kind, helpful and nice people. What I do not like is how the center is run by the manager/owner. In my opinion, it is too business oriented and no fair enough. Here some examples: 1) I do not recommend the VIP Full Carbon Windsurf rental. They have very few RRD Windsurf board of this class Black Ribbon to your disposal. Even more, they show boards in the web and in the center brochures, which they do not have (misleading advertising). Besides, the sails are the same and with alu boom, no carbon as announced. They have only one carbon boom for small wave sails, for lights conditions and big sails you can not use anyone of carbon. Nobody knows this carbon boom, only the manager. I asked once to have it and the answer were: you bring it in one piece, if you break it you pay!!!!. 2) We had only two days with good conditions (strong wind) in our week. These 2 days were perfect for wave sails of 4,5 or 4,7 m2, but they had all this kind of sails broken, and we had to choose between 4,2 (too small) or 5 (too big). That is not premium services; however we really paid for premium price. 3) You cannot change your booking, you can only change the start date. I strongly recommend to see the wind forecast some days before and then do the booking. The spot is not as windy and reliable as other windy spots like the Canary Island in summer time and once you booked, you can not change it. 4) You have to pay to use the external showers. It is the first time I see it in a windsurf center and we do a lot of windsurf journeys in the year.
