I have a 10,000 eviction on credit because of this horrible company! I had to deal with spider and raccoons in a disgusting home they promised they would repair to good standards.

I would give zero stars if I could. On the apartment management end, this company is terrible. No one returns phone calls or responds. I was trying to do a rental verification for a tenant and I called at least 8 different times. Someone picked up the phone twice and hung up on me. I sent a fax twice and got no response. I left 3 different messages and got no response. If I am being done like this and I am reaching out on a professional level, I can imagine the frustration and aguish of the tenants who are trying to reach someone for service.

I currently live in one of their buildings in Arlington Heights and they are so unprofessional. They moved me in but the walls weren’t painted after they promised they would (and they still aren’t after month two). They gave me three keys to my mail box but none of them work. Customer Service is non-existing. I cannot get in contact with anybody. I am very unhappy and would not recommend anybody rents with Trinuc. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

Very unorganized and unprofessional. They had a viewing of a property in University Park that was not ready for rent or viewing. Upon arrival for the viewing, the living room window was broken out (and still is to this day), the walls in the garage were gutted, the stovetop was broken and dirty, there were holes in the living room and dining room walls, and the front screen door was hanging. They removed the listing on Monday March 25th and had not completed repairs. It's April 9th and and the window is still broken and the door is now sitting on the side of the house. I called every day and was told someone would update me everyday or would call back everyday and they never did. Glad to have found another property and no longer have to communicate with these people. Vikas and Vashti did nothing but lie during this entire process. Stay away from this company!!!!

I believe this company sits behind a desk to just collect money and not hold owners responsible for their homes. No inspection of homes. No consistency on maintenance, no follow through. Live in Arlington Hts. and it's garbage. Very ghetto.
