A good friend of mine had a great experience with Five Star, so I didn't hesitate to give them a call when I wanted to replace my furnace and AC. Bill was so very helpful as we went through my options. I thought the pricing was very fair. My install technicians were Dave and Adam, and I couldn't have been more pleased with their service. They were prompt, thorough and definitely took great pride in their work. My new furnace and duct work is so well organized, it's like a piece of art! Dave , Adam and Bill also helped with a last-minute replacement of a leaking water heater, which could have been a real problem. I couldn't be more grateful. In sum, I'm so very glad I decided to take my friend's advice and call Five Star. I will be joining their maintenance program for all my new equipment, so I look forward to a long and happy service relationship with them.

Bill gave me a fair price on a new equipment (furnace, AC, heat exchanger, new smart thermostat) and the technicians Dave and Adam showed up on time and were polite, professional and respectful. I am really happy with the service and the equipment and highly recommend Five Star.
Five Star Heating and Air-Conditioning did a complete install on a new HVAC unit in my older home. This home needed heating and cooling ducted into two small bedrooms that had only return vents. This was the first time central air conditioning was used in this home. Bill did an estimate and constructed a plan. He even made sure to add an extra vent in the laundry room to ensure an even temperature throughout the home, and protect the water lines as they are on an outside wall with possible risk of freezing in the winters. The crew used some existing ducting, and added custom pieces where needed. They were fairly quick considering all the work that was done-This was done in about a day and a half. The tear down and install crew Mike and Miguel were great! Miguel has an eye for perfection, and pays attention to making the customer happy, he is also very efficient! Mike is a solid worker, and works efficiently also! A final inspection crew came out to do some finishing adjustments on the furnace and ducting that really made the whole system seem to function very nicely! Dave is and extremely knowledgeable, caring individual, who has a quick attention to detail, who in my opinion made this experience great! I’d recommend five star heating and air conditioning to family and friends for any of their furnace or AC needs. This company can work with many unique situations, just like my old house! They even finance, so anytime is a good time to be comfortable! Kelly
Five Star is the most thorough, honest and reliable company I have used. This is the first time I have a maintenance agreement with a heating company and the benefits that accompany it have more than paid for it. Quincy has been out several times and goes above and beyond in making sure I have choices, am informed and pleased with his work. Plus, he and all their employees are delightful to work with!
Very impressed from first sales call to installation to follow up servicing. They are responsive, solution oriented (versus trying to sell you an oversized unit), prompt, clean and friendly. The communication is top notch including pictures of the techs. Installers wear masks and shoe coverings and the installation only took 4 hours. Pricing is very fair. So far (it has only been 4 days), I am very pleased and happy with my new unit and Five Star.
