I have lived in this residence for a year 2019-2020. It is very close to Saclay universities and Institut Polytechnique. The decor of the common areas is really nice. You will also find some entertaining games like the ps4 and the Babyfoot. There's a big kitchen downstairs where you can organize dinners, lunchs or parties with your friends in case the one in your room is not enough . You will also find TVs for your movies nights and presentations. The rooms are nice, not the best you can find but not the worst either. The main issue is the WIFI speed, the ethernet you must pay to have, and the rent price

Good place to live for a student. Budget is on the higher end (700 approx). However you will have lots of common spaces to play, socialise and STUDY.

This is by far the worst student accomodation I have ever been in — and I regret ever choosing it. I would definitely not recommend it to anyone, especially knowing we are here to study in a difficult school but are constantly facing additional problems that prevent us from being focused on our work. It's extremely expensive for what it really is: just a roof over your head and nothing more — especially not \bien plus qu'une résidence\ as their logo says. Heating, hot water and wifi are unreliable and I have not known one minute of peacefulness living at Kley. Not one. I've heard many people talk and complain about the added stress and their unability to sleep because of the constant noise. Definitely not felt like a home. We've paid for certain sevices (basic access to hot water and wifi), and it's not normal that we were not given any compensation for the MANY MANY problems we've faced throughout the year. Why should we pay our full rent (& even extra cash for the tiny little scratches on their plastic walls at check out) when they caused us so many problems? Because this is definitely not what was promised on their website and on the lease. If you want to end up with chronic migraines due to the construction sounds (which we should have been made aware of before booking our room), and if you have the desire to live with the constant worry that you may not even be able to submit your paper in time or to take a hot shower (on top of the stress that comes from your studies) — this is the right place for you!!!

Worst student accommodation by far. 3 months in and we have constant issues such as: 1) Drilling and Hammering begins as early as 8am and even on saturday! 2) No heating every week 3) No hot water every week 4) Random room inspection/interuption without notice! 5) No security on duty to monitor students making noise after midnight at the common area/courtyard 6) Poor Wifi signal 7) Entire building power cut (has happened x3 times now)
