Brilliant service, delivered the bike to the campsite I was staying at and collected it again with no problems or issues. The bike was a Giant TCR Advanced and in great condition also. Will definitely use again if I am back!

We had great brand new race bikes, good service by the lad in the store and some really fun rides over the course of our stay. Pity the owner is not very customer oriented!

Had a few hours to spare with my son and his friend and owning a cycle business in GB normally end up renting Bikes on holiday! Surprised that it took a lot of digging to find somewhere to rent bikes and ciclesjk was recommended by a kayak company in Toroella de Montgri. Waited until 4pm for Shop to reopen and then a further 20 mins while the Bikes were prepared as the guy in the shop was a bit taken aback when we first arrived. It may be better to book ahead. It only cost 15 euros for 3 Bikes for a couple of hours and although the Bikes were basic and a few years old, they were well maintained. We didn’t get a toolkit which wasn’t a problem as I always keep a basic one with me should the need to go cycling present itself! We got no map but thanks to google and map my ride, I worked out that there were some trails nearby. In actual fact the trails are great for leisure cycling as they are quite flat, off road and get you to most of the pretty beaches. It was a great 2 hours but my humble advice to the shop would be to seize the rental opportunity and promote their service in a bigger way. Maybe newer Bikes backed up with slightly higher prices and more extra information on places to cycle and what to do if the bike gets a puncture or something more serious. Go for tripadvisor, it pays dividends if you do it properly! Good luck! Cyclexperience GB.
