i have been a member since 2012 and i have been succeesful in obtaining my holiday destination.maybe initially i had some strugles but after contacting the reservation officers, and with some guidance,,, its been pretty much smooth sailing for me... i guess a lot of us just needs to know how to use this membership... like the rest... we may need to maybe understand the membership we bought... so far i have probably gained back my initial amount paid with all the holidays i have enjoyed so far.
My family enjoyed the trip & also the apartment at Cameron Highlands (EQH). The location is strategic and suitable for family to stay. :)
I wouldn't give any star if the system allow. Its a scam do not attend their product presentation, they will use fake promises & sweet talks to bait you sign up their package. After signed up you will realize there are differences from what they told you before
Based from my experience, if we planned and make early reservation will helped us alot. Thanks to PVC, i have stayed in few resorts in local. Such as; Borneo highland resorts. -nice place for relaxations with peace of mind of nature view. located 3281 feets above sea level. Grand Mangarita Kuching -best place to go shopping arround kuching area. In addition, located in front of the waterfont make it easy access to the ''kek lapis" factory. Equtorial Cameron Highlands -2 bedroom apartments. Best for my family. Palace of the golden horses - 2 deluxe connecting rooms i have request the lake view which from my experience a very sweet memories. Given my parents, brother, uncle and late grand father for the minister suite. They was so pleased and happy about it. Ancasa All Suites PD one of the best place for my family because located nearby Telok Kemang Not to forget, i have stayed in Phuket during early of my marriage. But forget the resort name since its alraedy more than 10 years experience. So, instead of complaining. We must be smart in planning our vacation. The plan is good, its how we manage our vacation properly. Every company sure have pros and cons. Not everything is perfect. BTW, i have also try the sreening and TCM exchange for me, my spouse and both of our parents. So convenience, thanks to all the staff. Should do another screening this year! SWEET MEMORIES REMAIN FOREVER!
Scam! Never sign up! What I got is completely different from what salesperson told me! What even worst is nobody from pvc want to take responsible for the mistake, passing you like a ball to different management but still no one can handle. Hotel listing are getting less and less every year yet maintenance fee keep increasing, leaving those hotels are old and lack of maintenance & excluded breakfast, dont see any member's privilege anything you use/ request need to pay like normal guest. Room are very limit, the date you want are always unavailable.
Pure rubbish. Called in few times and no one is picking up the phone. Asked for points transfer to RCI, they asked me to write them an email. I wrote them an email and after months they are still not doing their job. No way to get in touch to them.
Please reconsider before register member. There are some members not satisfy with the services. Such as doing reservation. The management not really sincere to serv member.
