1987 I was stationed in Korea at camp Howze 9 miles south of the DMZ from August to October we pulled 3weeks at two guard Post Collier and Olett. After that we pulled the patrols for 3 weeks. Patrols by day setting in Ambush by night to. Stop North Koreans from infiltrating to the South thru the DMZ the last part we're reaction teams that would back up any patrols when they ran into problems in the DMZ during the day we where a whole Battalion size unit. So my DMZ Tour was a real tour. Of what went on in the DMZ every day.

Significant experience to see and be at the same place where history happened between the United States and North Korea when President Trump, the first U.S President to meet with Kim Jung Un, initiated peace talks and denuclearization of the Korean peninsula.
Historical place in Korea. Hope to be peace at peninsula.
Very interesting and exciting experience to be able to attend this tour. Tight security and interesting stories. It’s really a once a life time experience as you might not even get to experience it by signing up.
