Very fast to come out and quote for a bathroom window during the pandemic - other companies couldn't come out for weeks back in August (2020) but this company was able to squeeze me in within a few days. Salesman was lovely, not pushy at all. Two weeks later, they came back to measure up properly and the next month, our window was fitted. Very speedy, considering the circumstances! And completion estimates pretty much spot on. We were happy with the price and the fitting itself was done with care and with little mess. Was particularly impressed with the finish - we told the fitter our bathroom was getting ripped out, so not to worry about damaging the old tiles, but none were damaged so it looks great in the interim! I've taken one star off because I was given a window with trickle vents when I asked the salesman for one without but I didn't complain as was very happy with the overall look in the end (plus it would probably have been more trouble than it's worth to get a replacement, especially when I'm lined up to get my bathroom refurbished). A bonus was the 25 year guarantee that came in writing through the post, soon after. Overall, a happy customer!

Went out of their way to help me out of a tight spot and provided a new window within a week. From comparison a little expensive but this can be taken into account with excellent service.Would recommend anduse again.
My wife & I could not be happier with the service we received from John Kydd . No hard sell just provided us with the facts & price. 5 windows & 2 doors fitted by Willie & Andy who’s service was different class. Arrived early explained what they would do on the first day & second and their workmanship was superb from start to finish. Tidied & cleaned every room when completed. I’m genuinely very impressed by the service which was a large investment however was worth every penny due to the level of service that was maintained throughout the install. These guys didn’t take a break in the 2 days they were here. I cannot recommend them enough. First class service from staff to installers. Five star service ️ ️ ️ ️ ️
