Glasses needed tightened was passing by thought I would be able to stop by quickly for a 2 minute job asked the guy at the door if I could have my leg of my frame tightened was told that I need an appointment. Next available appointment was the next day. World has gone mad all that to have a leg tightened.

Great service today. Comfortable surroundings in store due to current restrictions. Staff made my visit for new glasses very easy. I did not feel rushed to select frames and was still able to try on several pairs, before going through the various costs involved. Thankyou for your service
Got my eyes tested 8th December, even though didn't really need new glasses, decided to renew anyway, was told they be ready 22nd December, received call 21st to say they not arrived, and they be put through as priority, I'm still waiting.
Everything was fine if I didn't get a whole box of defective monthly lenses. My lenses cracked when I put them on immediately after removing them from the new packaging. I am lossy for 4 months because 8 lenses have broken. When I reported it, I only got one pair, there was no possibility of complaint ... In addition, I wanted to take glasses but I had nothing to choose because they have no offer for young people, all glasses were for people over 40 .....
Adapted to Covid. I felt as safe as I could during these times with no compromise on service. Takes a little longer but worth it
