Ordered my daughter’s PE kit on the 5th of August and a month on it still hasn’t been delivered! I messaged the company a couple of times and was told it would be delivered before the end of August, end of August has passed and still no parcel! There is NO COMMUNICATION, NO ORDER UPDATES which is a clear indication to me as a customer, that my business IS NOT VALUED! Tops arrived at the end of September, with an old/wrong badge design on them! Told to return them, posted them back AT MY EXPENSE only for the parcel to be refused and brought back to me!!! I’ve called and been waiting on a call back, sent emails that have been ignored! It’s now December and I’ve still not had any communication or help!!! Sick of chasing these people! JUST LOST YOURSELVES A CUSTOMER! I will NEVER purchase from these cowboys again!

so disappointed. was told i had to book an appointment for blazer fitting, the wait was 10 days. Then found out today that you COULD walk in even though they asked people to make appointments. When fitted was told that the wait was 3 weeks but the blazer would be ready before school started. After hours of attempting to call the shop with no answer we visited in store and were told the blazer hadn’t even been sent away to be braided yet. It would be ready at the earliest the end of the week. This is no use at all, school starts on wednesday and i have no blazer.

Fantastic and prompt service during these difficult times in a pandemic. Sizes were too large but appointment was promptly made to attend the shop in person and girl sized correctly and replacement order promptly sent, well done guys, and thanks to the staff and management too.
