I received an excellent service from my consultant David McDonald from the very first call. David showed me different cars in the yard by video and also helped me with picking a car from the website. He even came and towed away my old car which was stuck on the drive way. Even though it was a new way of looking for a car David make it very enjoyable and easy, I couldn't have asked for more.

I had bought the service and mot pack when I got the car from a different branch but used paisley fiat for service as its closest. I new the antifreeze was low but left it as thought it may be topped up in service but after getting car back i found the bottle as shown in the picture. Also door and boot hinges where supposed to have been lubricated which i do not think was done either. These are the bits an untrained eye noticed which leaves me wondering what else was not checked or replaced. I contacted customer services and in turn was contracted by the branch who basically said the Technician said all fluids and hinges where done but if I want to come back it would be checked. I again sent the pictures which didn't go 1st time and raised my concern that this wasn't even highlighted as an advisory in the report. Eventually the assistant service manager agreed it was on the minimum mark and asked me to bring the car back over. I told him I did not have the time or confidence to bring the car back and I would very probably forfeit the rest of my service and mot pack. I heard nothing back and never even got an apology. Very unhappy and felt dismissed on complaint. As I said doesn't fill me with confidence on the rest of service. I swore i would never go back to Arnold Clark after a bad experience with after sales years but gave them a second chance against my better judgement. Its not just about the missed service items but also the fact that I was dismissed until picture went across and received no apology. Customer lost! Please avoid for service and use a trusted garage as in my opinion this is the real Arnold Clark experience.

Excellent service from my sales advisor Marcello, from purchasing the car online from the Paisley branch, to having it delivered just 6 days later in Wakefield, the whole experience was a breeze. The click and collect at my local branch was very easy, quick and in a very covid safe manner. The car is everything I needed and exactly as described online and in my personalised video presentation. 5/5 experience, would certainly recommend.

From the videos he sent at the beginning to all his help with the documentation at the end. This is why with my last 3 cars I have always relied on Paul. Management also rubber stamped the deal with excellent in branch service. I'll definitely be back...
