Was first in line with electronic number system. After 30 minutes wait, she took two other customers with tickets. Didn't use system. Go here at your own risk.
No body could solve my problem I don’t know who is the manager of vodafone in italy but i have to say they don’t consider any respect for customers especially foreigners I bought an iPhone there and the seller gave me a multi tracker for free (gift) but after while I received 100 euro bill for tracker. I learned that tricking customers is another way to create value for companies.
