Worst Customer service by any means from any bookmakers. Arrogant, cheeky and disrespective to customers . Had an issue with money put back into my account after winning and was told my shop assistant that it would take 24hrs to get back into my account. After 24he's and chatting with their online support customer officer, was told that it wasn't Paddy Powers procedure and that I should call their Customer Retail support. Spoke to a complete arrogant guy by the name of James, said to me that it wasn't. I'm happy with that information and suggested they filter their information all throughout to their Customer support officers online and shop assistants. Although he was arrogant as such with his remarks. We are the ones that keep you working as I would gladly pass information to friends to not use any Paddy power services as well. What a load of joke. Never going back to Paddy Power shops or not using online betting ever again.
