I've bought a sofa on 25th November. They failed two times to deliver it (while I made special aménagement on my schedule to be there). Now they can't deliver before 26th of December. Absolute joke for such a big company. 45 minutes each time to get to the support. I gave 2 stars for the catalog and the understanding from people of support.

What can I say? Pretty much everything you'll need to furnish your home can be bought here and the DIY instructions are really very good now.
It's IKEA, what's new to love? Great selection of tried and tested furniture, bedding and home accessories, plus plants and toys.
