Jamie is an absolute lifesaver and he understands the minds of dogs! We lost our beloved dog when he got petrified from neighbor's fireworks and we lost control of his leash when we brought him out for 10 seconds! He was missing for the longest 18 hours of our life and Jamie quickly gave us a probable area where he would be and he was RIGHT and we found him and he is safe and sound at home loving all of us! Thank you PackLeader Pet Trackers!

EXTREMELY unprofessional service and owner. I would not recommend calling this service AT ALL. My dog went missing on 3/20/18 and I spoke to \Jamie\ the next day about him coming to do a search. We spoke for four minutes, I gave him all the details, got a quote and he told me to call him in the morning. I called him 4 times the next day and left a message. I never heard from him again. I attempted to call a few more times after that and got nothing. I ended up using a far more expensive service who actually were very helpful and prompt. Due to Jaime's extreme lack of common courtesy and professionalism I cannot believe he is still in business. If your dog is lost please look elsewhere. Not only did he claim he never spoke to me and never had any messages from me, when asked about it by another one of his clients he attempted to berate me and constantly change his story about it on Facebook. I have the receipts of our conversation, the call logs from my cell phone provider. Classy guy for sure.

Absolutely amazing service, I could not be more thrilled with my choice of using Jamie of Pack Leaders Pet Finder. Our Molly had been missing in the woods around our house for 2 days and Jamie came and was able to help us track her, set up a camera and bait for her, and eventually humanely trap her- all within a single day. Not only that but he personally drove down to the woods for us and helped my boyfriend and I bring her back home safely from the trap to make sure everything went smoothly. Very professional, very knowledgeable. I’d give him 10 stars if I could!

Cant say enough about Packleader PetTrackers Jamie and Dexter saved the day again! 5 stars is not enough for a Company who saved my dog twice! Honestly, every dog owner should know about Jamie's services. Jamie is a total professional who goes above and beyond for his customers. A total dog lover and a wealth of knowledge. I strongly encourage anyone with a dog to learn about this valuable service.

Pet sitters lost our dog while we were on vacation 500 miles away. They looked into a couple different avenues for assistance, and one was a non-profit organization that works to reunite lost dogs with their owners and another was PackLeader PetTrackers. Because one of the volunteers at the non-profit is an experienced animal specialist as an animal control officer, we listened to her advice about trapping and luring our really dumb hound who would run any time someone chased him. Without our knowledge, the dog sitters contacted PackLeader PetTrackers and asked him if he was available to come out. When we heard of this, we deliberated carefully and decided that using a tracking service wasn't in our dog's best interest yet because he ran because he was terrified. Jamie did not agree with this, and he proceeded to post screenshots of private text conversations on Facebook to complain about the non-profit organization. As frantic pet owners of a senior dog who was part of our family since puppyhood, we were scared and didn't know what to do. Truly, Jamie's actions and comments made us feel like he was preying on scared people. This course of action also made us feel like he wanted us to feel guilty for turning him down if something happened to our dog. Spoiler alert: it turns out someone did chase our dog, and he was killed by a train days before Jamie was ever even contacted about the possibility of coming out. I don't know why he thought a volunteer organization was undermining him when they did so much for us for free, but it seemed to me that he put our grief on display without much regard for our privacy and hid the reply comments that explained the thoughts behind our actions because he had a grievance with them. All of this felt petty and cruel, and I would definitely recommend any other tracking service above this one.
