Can highly recommend James and his team. We had our ashlar stone property cleaned, repointed, decorative repairs, chimney repairs and more to get it looking beautiful again. From start to finish they went above and beyond to help us with planning permissions and making our property look even better than we could've imagined! Communication was also brilliant. The craftsmanship is perfect and the Pack Masonry team were lovely.

It's been a long and often difficult build through various unforeseen reasons, but the sheer fact that Pack Masonry and myself are still talking amicably proves that they really do care about getting the job done correctly and will address each hurdle as it presents itself. From the matching of the used rubble stone to the existing, to the creation of the beautiful stone mullion windows and doors; I can't fault the workmanship that has been used to tie in the old with the new. All in all a great job and we are very pleased with the end result.
Delighted with the work carried out by Pack Masonry - all the staff on site were very conscientious and polite. Communication was good and skilled stone masons were used to complete our Project. The quality of the work is excellent.
Great job repairing/rebuilding the wall outside the house after a lorry backed into it. Top marks guys!
