Used the new click and collect service, ordered about an hour prior to collection. I had to wait at the window for 10 minutes, with staff walking past not acknowledging me after ringing the bell. Then one staff member came and requested for me to to n the bell, which I had, she then went and fetched another colleague to find my order. Disappointing to be honest as it’s a place I love to go and was looking forward to an easier way of collecting my lunch. Plus when I returned to work, my order was wrong, crying face.
