Warning in advance to anyone who needs to change their proof of address when renewing their vehicle license. Print out everything before you go. The staff all share a single computer for email access, which may mean a half hour wait for them to receive your emailed documents. Also, if your address isn’t in Paarl, they won’t renew your vehicle license.

The option to write learners on a Saturday was a big bonus since I am limited with driving the car.

Second time setting foot there. Service was good but can always improve.
Service poor, slow. Stood in the sun for hours. The premises is filthy dirty. It in need of a major clean up. Majority of clients did not wear mask. After queuing for hours they did not assist me. I have to go back. Dreading it. The toilets are a mess. Pensioners are not given the right of way. Pensioners should not queue. I'm disgusted with the service and the appearance of the premises .
This place is a joke, the facilities are terrible, the system is constantly offline, the service is TRASH! and you feel very unsafe here... unfortunately you don't have much of a choice because all of the government institutions are like this...
We payed our car licence, every one were very friendly and helpfull. But why can't there be at least 3 people /cashiers helping and rotate after 2/3 hours?!
