I purchased from this shop an SV650 that on first glance was immaculate coming with a years full MOT. The dealer stated that he would make good any faults that may occur after purchase. At delivery, the bike seems good and as advertised and I put it in the garage. A few days later, I go to get the bike out and I notice a pool of oil by the front wheel as one of the fork seals had leaked. The real issue is that both forks were wet just after delivery from their shop by van to my garage. On closer inspection, the fork seal dust cap, destroyed by a botched attempt to remove. I call the dealer who is reluctant to pay the full cost. In the end, I get 100.00 towards a 140.00 repair bill. It turned out that both forks were low on oil. Now, the bike had a new MOT put on it just before delivery and as fork oil does run not vertically past fork seals and then up fork tubes it clearly was not good on the day. This was serious fault number one, which in my opinion means that this bike should not have had an MOT. To keep it short I will not list all of the issues. However, after this I identified numerous other faults some of which individually I believe mean that the bike should never have had a new MOT issued. I choose not to contact the shop again and correct them myself. Looking down the reviews, I think you get from this shop in most cases what you pay for and it is possible that they have made an honest mistake. But, the lack of consideration and support given was in my opinion poor.
