Amazing pharmacy! Such friendly staff who are so caring and loyal to their customers. I have been coming here for years... I moved away for a while but ended up coming back to PM Williams chemist because I could not find a service like this anywhere else. Nice touch to have a room to discuss things with the pharmacist. Also, they always have my medicine ready on time. If there's any issue with stock they are extremely quick at ordering in the meds. A special shout out to all the staff during this pandemic - these keyworkers never shy away from work. I know they have been going above and beyond to help their customers during these times. Sometimes I feel though certain key workers don't get enough recognition, this includes pharmacies (this one in particular!!). Thanks again for all your help over the years!

Great service received at this pharmacy - the staff were very helpful and professional throughout. As well as regularly going to this pharmacy for medication, they also offer other services that I have found useful including flu jabs and ear piercing. Thanks to all at PM Williams
Friendly, caring staff, always going above and beyond. Even though I no longer live in the area, I still get my prescriptions sent there.
The least I can do is leave a 5-star review here as the staff were generally very friendly although they didn't have anything to gain. I'll be going there more often. Details: I was looking for a particular medicine and ended up in this pharmacy after many failed attempts to find it. The pharmacist didn't have it in stock. However, they explained to me why this was the case (there was a manufacturing issue), suggested to me a few pharmacies I could try looking at that might have it in stock etc. Overall, we had a very nice chat and I appreciated it!
Overpriced paracetamol at 2 a pack!! Asda selling same pack for 30p. Aldi and Lidl selling for less than that. Limited numbers and decreasing numbers of shoppers now has stopped stockpiling. I couldn’t get to the shops because of my shift work as an emergency worker, my family are in isolation and needed it. I was told if I came back later in the day the price may change!! This is not what you should be doing in the current climate. I read in the news the top end of selling paracetamol is 2 a pack which is extortionate! Shame on you!
