I had to visit p a wood today cause of a roof fault on my Bentley I dont normally write reviews but I have to on this occasion the staff are extremely helpful and very professional and got me back on the road within minutes I so highly recommend P A wood for servicing your Bentley far better experience than chelmsford main dealer 10 out of 10 thank you

We were lucky enough to be on a factory tour that not only tells the history of the company but Rolls Royce and Bentley too. Our hostess was very informative warm and friendly. The level of care for owners clearly surpasses excellence just as you would expect when dealing with this marque. The cars that we saw were amazing as was the history.
Lovely place helpful staff and iconic engines
Never seen so many RR and Bentley's in one place not even at the RR factory in West Sussex. I believe this is the only RR authorized body repair center in the country. The cars on the premises are either privately owned or being prepared for sale whatever does not look like a garage/ body shop or showroom
Having discovered P&A Wood via the Bentley Website and in calling them disillusioned with the modern mainstream dealers, I instantly knew I was in very capable hands! While I assumed they only dealt with heritage and classic cars, I couldn’t have been more wrong as they have state of the art workshops working on modern as well as classic vehicles. From the moment of my very first call and in talking to Jessica to book my car in, their verbal and written communication was both professional and extremely friendly and when delivering the car down, nothing was rushed and we were made to feel very welcome! The same in fact when picking the car up, although with the added benefit of being given an hour and a half guided tour around their various workshops and showrooms where we were able to see some of the most amazing heritage and classic Bentleys and Rolls Royce in various stages of restoration and also some incredible vintage, classic and modern vehicles for sale. Without exception throughout our tour, the P&A Wood team greeted us with a friendly smile and even the boys in the paint booth gave us a wave! Having also enjoyed a lovely cup of coffee in the splendour of their service reception, we left with a great feeling of actually wanting to return and how often does that happen when taking a car in for a service! This is an amazing company with a great story, amazing history and an incredible pedigree!
