Very large reserve, interesting at any time of the year. Different car parks so you can go for a quick visit but you'd need several hours to see it all. Beautiful beach and good birds.

Good spot to stretch legs after catching the ferry and to meet up with other groups travelling. Bird hides are well constructed and there's some interesting WW2 ruins in the local area.
