Disgusting attitude when they made an error with my food order Wouldn’t even rectify the incorrect order; instead was approached with a disgusting attitude Very unhelpful Poor service Would give zero stars if I could None of them know how to speak English or how to speak to there customers. Been a regularly for 30 odd years, and I won’t be going there anymore, that’s for sure Will be advising family and friends not to either.

The best fish and chips we have had. My dad has come up from London and he is even talking about the fish this morning and is saying his been coming to Newcastle for 15 years and has had fish and chips from wingrove chippy and it was nice but Oxley is by far the best his ever had. Thank you.
I got a 10 off voucher when you spend 15 with Uber eats. I decided to use it at oxleys fish shop and paid my 5 to Uber eats. I asked my son to collect the food and the server asked him for the 15. My son said my dad got 10 off with Uber eats so the server asked him for 5. Being unsure my son gave him the 5 that I had already paid to Uber. When I went in to explain the owner had a disgusting attitude and swore at me as I left the shop. I use the shop quite often but won’t be back after this occasion. Review based on absolutely shocking attitude and customer service towards me as a once regular customer.
Outstanding food and service would definitely recommend this chip shop.
