This shop has definitely set the standard for Fish & Chips, it's raised the bar and is superior to any chippy around. Homemade mushy peas too which are miles better than tinned, factory manufactured peas other shops do! Perfect fish and chips
I said I'd leave a review, and here it is. The shop is clean and inviting, parking not too problematic on street despite it being a busy area and my visit at a busy time. Staff welcoming friendly and professional, felt like a valued customer. Price excellent, portion size generous. Chips very pleasant and batter was really nice on the fish. Cod good rather than excellent. Not a frequent visitor to P town, but this will now be my go-to when we do visit family. A good local business run by good people, certainly at this stage beats the competition locally and will continue to grow I hope.
Was on secondment from work for a few days in Peterborough & decided to try out this place because of the fantastic reviews on Google & it definitely didn't disappoint. The batter on the cod was golden and crispy, the chips were lovely too! We need a chippy like this in Cambridge, great food at an awesome price.
Ordered through the phone and decided to enjoy my Fish and Chips in the sunshine at Central Park. The cod and chips combined with the curry sauce is something else, 5 from me.
