I’ve been going to Will’s for a couple years. The food is a bit more expensive than other take out places around but it used to be worth it — portions were large and the food delicious. The food is still great, but the portions have consistently been very small for a few months now. I think they have actually halved the amount of food they give, and when 5pm hits, I find myself in need of a snack. So, all around, good food but not worth it anymore.

Unfreindly and pushy staff little amount of food compared to the price. I ordered a chicken main and got only tiny three pieces (about 2cm cubes). I saw the staff only poursed soup liquid so I asked for a few more chiecken pieces but the lady arrogantly said I have to pay additional for anything more than she serves. She does not even weigh it but wonder how she calculates the amount. Just seeing? Feeling? Or as she wants? Paying for 6 GBP for this tiny quantity and unfriendliness - not worth it. Much worse than other take-out stores around. I would give a half-star. Should have read RECENT reviews before I went in. Seems like they have lost their intention over a year. I visited today (Friday) around 12.30pm. Please don't run your business if you don't want to serve your customers. Thank you.
Love the food here but had a very bad experience with the server. Went in to get a salad and was immediately treated with a total lack of manners and extreme attitude problem from one of the staff: a woman with a dark ponytail. Sorry but I came in to get a salad, I don't need to deal with her issues. If I see her again, I'll turn around and walk straight out. Really staff shouldn't be projecting their issues onto customers. Terrible form. This occurred on 10/06/19. Oh, and I also asked for vegan options and she spiked my salad with a stuffed vine leaf, which I didn't ask for and tend not to be vegan. Thanks for that. SERIOUSLY. If I had actual allergies, this could have been a serious matter rather than just an offensive waste of energy. Sort it out.
The rumours of shrinkflation are true! Portion sizes are a bit meagre - I'll stick to Alpha Bar in future. But, like it's sister establishment the Alpha Bar, the food is sublime.
