There are no signs inside to let visitors know where to go to wait for a bus, except one to tell you the coffee shop staff cannot help you. There are multiple doors and they could easily put a sign to say 'This way for Park and Ride 400 City Centre stop' or 'This way for London Victoria'. We missed a bus because it was hidden away until it sped off. By the way the Park and Ride to City Centre bus stop is located outside the door next to the Mens toilet

Very clean and tidy. Park and Ride buses reasonably priced. Running to time. Main line Buses go from there to Heathrow, Gatwick and London. Coffee Shop shut due to Covid19. A comfortable place inside if you have a while to wait for a bus. Large Car Parking area for Park and Ride.
