Easy to order but took a while to get the phone answered to collect. Everything was ready.
Professional, knowledgeable and going the extra mile to help us. Great service!
Richer sounds in my opinion is the perfect audio and visual shop! Their staff are not only knowledgeable about what they are selling, but they are passionate about it too. I feel that it's an unusual experience to have someone tell you their honest opinion, about what product would suit your circumstances from a place of detailed understanding. Their demo room is excellent, and it was a revelation to experience my favourite songs in there. Ended up spending far more than I intended, surely the mark of a great sales experience!
Always excellent service . Honest salesman who know their stuff . Price match , 5 year guarantee. Good Tec support. Don't bother going anywhere else
