Friendly and polite, and usually know their beans re: tickets. Customer service is stubborn and unwilling to accept ideas (e.g. better WiFi on their London coaches - 100MB could easily be increased). That said: Stagecoach want a monopoly and Oxford Bus Company are all that stand in their way. Join the resistance! Support Oxford Bus Company!

X90 is one of the best options when traveling to London or Oxford. Their buses are clean and comfortable. Their staff is always friendly, and are conscious drivers. I always feel safe and rely on them for doing trips. Excellent company!
