I had flowers delivered from Joe Austin on Tuesday 13/10/20 they are absolutely beautiful and it is now Friday and they still look as if freshly delivered. This was a change for me to be receiving as normally I am the one sending. I have used this florist since the eighties and remain still loyal. My family have also used the florist which was what happened this week. I have a Christmas tree in my garden that I bought one year and it is now so tall that last year I gave up on decorating it.
I am so disappointed! My son sent me flowers on Saturday 13th Feb for my birthday. They were tired and damaged. i sent a picture to Joe Austin's to tell them without any response. On Monday 15th I sent another photo as the flowers are dying and look even worse .Still no reply. I think florists get away with murder, they do not have to give good flowers as people do not usually complain as they don't want to appear ungrateful. My son paid good money for these and I think he should have a refund. Please see the flowers below today is the 17/2/2021.
