My experience with James Hearing Ltd has been excellent even though I have not been able to visit the premises or meet personally with the staff because of Covid Lockdown. However I requested help via email and phone for assistance with my Widex Hearing Aid . I then sent it to the company for repair. This was carried successfully and promptly within a couple of days, and I am fully satisfied. My aim is to visit James Hearing in future, once this is possible, for regular check-ups and service.

James Hearing have always looked after my hearing. They suggested I tried the new Phonak ITE M50 double microphone hearing aids. Best thing I ever did. They are fantastic and are also Bluetooth aids which connect to my iPhone. This lets me modify the hearing to suit different situations such as tv, noisey situations, restaurants etc. When answering phone calls it’s the clearest hearing I have ever had. I’m so happy with them. My hearing will never be perfect but these aids are by far superior to anything I’ve tried before. James Hearing have always quickly given me appointments when I’ve needed fine modifying. Chris Drewett
