HI. I don't have a words to describe a unacceptable service from this garage. I was there to change both track rod end and Wheel alignment, And I notice a unpleasant surprise, I been charged for both track rod ends but actually they replace just one side and when it looking under my car clear you can see the difference, don't match, rubber it's on different color one orange the onother one it's silver, the nuts left side are visible rusting, and dirty,. The wheel alignment have been done very poor, the car is pulling to the left badly. I will attach a picture for everyone to see and be aware, because the staff it's very friendly and polite and you may think they done a good job for you, but actually they done half of the job, and just charge you, special for old people, Lady, and for everyone else, who don't know anything about cars , and never thinking to check what they done. I'm sure I'm not the only one to be ripped off. Was many people before me, but never find out, because they trust what they been told, and just paid for the service.

I cannot begin to tell you how good Oxford Tyre Centre have just been. My son was stuck in a car park unable to relese the spare wheel on his car. O.T.C have stayed open an extra hour until he could get the wheel to them. They have repaired the problem with releasing the spare wheel and sorted him out with suitable replacement tyrres. Absolutely amazing service. Massive thanks to Zac and his colleagues. Thanks. Cheers Nick

Needed a punctured tyre replaced ,went to the website and booked an appointment for the next day,website and booking process was simple. Arrived for my appointment , got the tyre sorted.The whole experience was hassle free due the website and also the professional ,polite service from the staff.Highly recommended.

A good service, for what they did on my car ( change the tyres), but very disappointed on how the wheel alignment was done, they use very old equipment and I haven't been satisfied at all.
