I don't normally write reviews but the staff were so nice that I think I have to. Rented a van and it was quick, clean, cheap and most importantly not pushy. Will definitely be using them again!

My favourite Oxford van / car rental firm as they are usually cheapest (for small vans) and do special rates for returning business / customers. During COVID: they provide clean vans, and are not faffy about return fees (except if you don't refuel, where they do charge). Quick and good service. I just wish they got rid of their old small Vauxhall van (or at least replaced the old radio). It's a little outdated. That said: their small Fiat van is a good drive and their Mercedes Sprinter has an excellent radio setup and fuel efficiency. Really rate their personal service and Alexa knows how to look after customers.
Didn’t have the vehicle I had booked available when I turned up to collect it. Still waiting for a refund, despite chasing numerous times. Tried to fob me off by blaming my bank.
Excellent, efficient service, great quality of like new cars, friendly staff, and never had any problems. Have used them several times over past six months.
I just tried to have one information on the phone. I called 2 times, and they hung up on me 2 times.
