Makes mistakes with orders and takes no responsibility. Bad customer service. Six of us ordered food which came to over 40 and we waited TWO hours. When it finally arrived, one of the kebabs was missing so they simple charged us less (just enough to cover the missing food). Obviously no point waiting half hour for just one kebab so we made do. When I complained and asked for one kebab free perhaps as a gesture of goodwill, he was defensive and argued (I owned a food business for 4 years and would go out of my way to make it up to a customer if a mistake was made so I'm disappointed in this business' response). He made the mistake of completely missing someone's food even though I asked him to repeat the order back to me at time of ordering.

Chicken donor is possibly the best I've had. When the missus want fish and chips now I pop down the Rd and treat myself to a lush kebab!
