As a building it's terrible, wrong location and it's outdated, but once you look past that the staff are friendly, yes there could be more but with how much online has taken over you can't have 30 members of staff, the ones you do find tend to be trained or at least know another that they will get, no question is too big or goes unanswered. Some areas like the footwear \box\ area is small but the staff will shoot of to try and find what you are after (it's a little bit of an odd ball of a store). Upstairs there is lots of well stocked shelves and usually only 1 person running around but they know about all the products and if they can't answer they get this guy (who seems to be everywhere) and he answers with great knowledge. All in all the staff and products are amazing just a shame you have to look past the facts that the carpark is horrible, the building is in the middle of nowhere with little advertising, the inside of the building is out dated and cramped, oh and don't mention the website.

Very useful for catering / gas supplies. Everywhere else in Oxford didn't seem to do large, sturdy tables, outdoor gas cookers, or gas accessories, but these guys came through. They are a little expensive, but their kit is sturdy and reliable. I also found the staff helpful in their advice, without being overbearing or hanging around. Not sure what they're like for camping, but their kit seemed pretty comprehensive.

The staff were great, they reserved a tent about 30 minutes in advance of me arriving. I'm disabled and they really did help with anything I needed. They had a massive sale on too which made the prices outstanding! I managed to buy everything I needed for a camping trip, with kids whilst saving hundreds of pounds! I'll definitely be returning here if I need anything else!

Really impressed, huge range of clothing, lots of choices and the staff were excellent. Only down side you have to dodge the potholes in the car park! But despite that well worth a visit!
