Oxford Garden Centre

I cannot speak highly enough of the service provided by Ryan and all the staff at Oxford Garden Centre - absolutely faultless. This ranged from online queries to the delivery driver and in-store staff. Nothing was too much trouble and I'd go so far as to say that the level of service provided far exceeded my expectations, especially given the lack of customer service often experienced nowadays. Ryan gave some great cost-effective recommendations and was very responsive on email. Finally, I found their prices to be very competitive and cheaper than other garden centres. I would highly recommend Oxford Garden Centre and will be to my friends and family.

It's OK as a garden centre, but I have given just two stars because, unless you have visited before: it is almost impossible to find! A TomTom or Google Maps (I used both) will direct you to the adjacent ring-road, from which it is not at all clear how to reach the entrance. My friend and I wasted half an hour driving around until we eventually realised that you have to take a slip-road signposted to a golf club (with no mention of the garden centre). And if you miss the turning, you'll have to drive for miles before you can turn around. Their website has a \Find Us\ section that is utterly unhelpful. Pathetic.

Online ordering free local delivery service in COVID times is fantastic. Ordered some compost late one evening, it turns up the next day, great job!

Enjoyed both cafe and plants and came home with what I was looking for. We also made use of the aquatics place for buying fish and pond plants.
