Fantastic service from Cherwell D&B. We took on an extensive renovation job against a tight timeframe (had to be in the house in time for kids to start school) and on a tight budget. Carl came up with a great plan and the lads executed it brilliantly. Problems and changes were negotiated quickly and efficiently through conversation with Carl and Alan. Job done really well, on budget and with the big ticket items in on time. We stayed with them for a subsequent extension build, similarly well done. Would whole-heartedly recommmend them, and thank my lucky stars we decided to go with them. I doubt if many firms could have delivered as well.

I’d initially consulted with Cherwell Design & Build to see if my dreams of building a man cave at the bottom of the garden were viable or whether it was just a pipe dream. Carl initially popped to gather my vision and gave me some comfort that it was indeed possible and he would get some drawings together. Fast forward a few months and the diggers were executing the plans which CD&B had submitted and received approval from the council, and the dream started to become a reality. Communication throughout the build phase was exceptional and any issues were flagged to me straight away, in most cases with a viable alternative/solution. As with any project, small tweaks were required to make the building exactly as I wanted it and I felt like nothing was ever too much trouble to ask. The boys did a phenomenal job as the pictures attest to and what was a rough drawing on a piece of paper is now my ultimate dream space come true. Thank you Carl, Alan and co, I couldn’t be happier and I will be sure to get you guys back for the front extension at a later date.
Cherwell Design & Build Ltd. did an amazing job on our kitchen extension. They were quick to respond to any questions we asked and were happy to get us in contact with any specialists needed. Despite it being a small extension we really felt well looked after, and any issues were always sorted as top priority. We highly recommend their services .

Carl and the team have done a great job getting our project off the ground – from visits before planning, catch-ups to go over drafts before submission, through to managing the planning application itself and getting us approval. They’ve had creative ideas and given us the benefit of their experience in other projects, but at the same time have been flexible with the various changes – small and large – that we have asked for along the way.
