Receptionists are rude and you feel as if you're bothering them. I had to wait 4 weeks for an appointment for a semi-urgent matter and when the appointment finally came around I was given a prescription for a medicine that is no longer in circulation. I called the doctors to ask to see someone asap as I am in need of the medication and they couldn't give me a face to face appointment for 2 weeks and only offered a phone appointment which I cant even receive a prescription from. Honestly a terrible service, find another Oxford GP.

The absolute worst GP I have ever been to. Reception staff are rude and act like everything is too much effort for them. I only had one appointment there, they didn’t give me a real appointment time just asked me to come in at midday, didn’t get seen until 1pm. Also, I’ve now registered with a new GP (three weeks ago!!!) and my files STILL haven’t been sent to them so I can’t get my medication! This place is awful, I can’t believe the uni isn’t addressing how terrible it’s own service is.

Not really a medical center, just getting money from the nhs, very bad quality services

Never took me seriously about my back pain. Was told to take pain killers until it went away. It didn’t go away for 2 months after going elsewhere to see a doctor. Explained I hadn’t been to a doctor for anything for 7 years and had a few things I wanted seen to but instead said we have time for only 2 things. One regarding my acne/Dermatillomania where she said it wasn’t bad (mind you I was wearing a lot of makeup) and it’s simply normal. She made me feel really stupid. Honestly, the worse experience with a gp I’ve ever had. Never went back after that.

The staff are always very helpful and have gone above and beyond to find me appointments when they are fully booked. The few times I have been I have found the doctors to be attentive and understanding.
