Visited here a few times this summer for the beautiful jewellery! The staff were really friendly and accommodating. They didn’t mind me coming in a few times to try on different rings before finding the right one for me! Thanks for your effort and patience!

Beautiful shop full of antique jewellery at fair prices. They went out of their way to make sure I got the right necklace for a pendant I had and were really friendly and knowledgeable
Disappointing attitude from lady owner. Who spent a little while telling me how experienced & well known she was in the jewellery world. I returned a repair costing 112 as I had asked for all weak areas and one broken area to be repaired. I was asking for the person who repaired item look at it & repair as a gesture of goodwill. 1) she said the necklace had been pulled - it had not! It fell off on the first wearing, which is why I went back to the shop. 2) she said the necklace was fragile, had broken in a place where there had not been a repair & I was welcome to pull it there & then & they would be happy to put it in for me to have repaired in those places. SO! If it’s so fragile, why did they offer to repair in the first place? They were happy to take my money. She obviously does not care about customer service or her reputation very much.
